That depends upon if they have guns or not. If they don't then just as soon a I have figured out that they are not listening to me then I ignore them. If they have guns (ie. Government, ie. IRS) – then I MAY get louder!

The last time that I actually had a gun pointed at my back I was told, "you have to give me all of your money!" I answered, "No I don't!. You have to shoot." So far, I am still alive to tell this story.

This was approximately the same time that the legal system, IN DOTHAN, AL, learned that I had UNrealized gains of more than $100,000 in the ONE year AFTER the DOTHAN, AL judge took all that I had (Little of him, wasn't it?)! (REMEMBER IRS : I borrowed the $2500 limit that I had on ONE credit card that I had to my name, to restart my investing!)

Turned out it was a cop that was not in uniform! hm... BTW – Why is it that crack town is always near the police station, regardless of which town that you look at? hm...

It is my observations that the smarter one is – the more honestly earned, is their money! Even Warren Buffet says, "I listen to smart people." That news article where I learned this statement by Warren Buffet, made no comments about which other people he listened too.

Isn't it a display of respect (listening to someone) to acknowledge what someone says? hm....

What about when they only restate [with NO regard for what you said] what they want you to do [for them]? hm...

I got another letter from the IRS stating that I owe (more than $100,000.00) taxes in a year that I made NO INCOME (and/or realized no capital gains!). (IRS you already sent me the refund [I sent you $10 tax payment] for these years! – AFTER YEARS OF YOUR INVESTIGATING THIS SITUATION) hm... ...wasn't your refund to me, "Your" acknowledged that I was in NO tax bracket, and owed no taxes! hm...

• the 100%+ tax bracket has very little ability to attract the most talented and qualified indivuals!

• In my visit to you concerning this I told you, in person, the situation (you indicated to me that you'd contact me for more information, if you needed it – I have NOT gotten this “contact” as you indicated)

• So IRS, (SEC, FTC, etc.) I'll continue to teach as many people as I can :
  • how to become wealthy
  • while HONESTLY remaining in a ZERO tax bracket and
  • then if they see your coercion, they will know who wants to earn an HONEST LIVING!
  • and who does not!

So, I'll tell as much of the world, that wants to know, about it as I can. Not to worry government, that ain't many people. Most people want to know that the government helps them – so that is what they believe and won't read (or if they do then they won't believe) this...

• The judge, (in my divorce – actually when they were trying to take custody of my daughter AWAY FROM ME) for the year in question, ordered me to SELL my $100,000 worth of stock that I'd made that year so that he could give it to my ex-wife.

• I Refused – since I was NOT in a tax bracket and that would have put me in one

• IRS, isn't it law that one cannot be ordered to pay taxes (if none is due already)? A new tax is voluntary!?

• Then MY LAWER, (CONWAY) said the judge ordered me to deliver to him my brokerage statement (which by now was inaccurate – ETRADE – did you investigate this SEC, IRS, FTC? The number of shares that ETRADE said that I bought did not match what ETRADE said I had). I gave my ETRADE brokerage statement to CONWAY ('MY' lawyer – hm...)

• Remember IRS this lawyer (CONWAY) collected for REGIONS BANK (where I had a heloc (home equity line of credit) loan so that I could live in a zero tax bracket and raise my daughter (I had custody). – My Ex wife did not pay the support that SHE was ordered to pay me.... (where later [when my daughter was 19 years old – living independently on her own] UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ORLANDO started taking Child support from me – My daughter says that she is getting nothing – Is the taxes being properly paid on this money, which, by the way, I do NOT claim on my taxes? – must be some back dated divorce document by the ALABAMA “justice” system, hm..)

• REGIONS BANK then did not deliver on their promise to the full amount that they had approved to loan me on this heloc

  • hm... now who would have told REGIONS BANK to NOT loan me the full amount (that I'd already been approved for) of the heloc (approx 1/2 the value of the house)?
  • hm... now who would have REGIONS BANK paid to repossess the house?
  • hm... banks don't want to repossess houses! hm...

• CONWAY (“my” lawyer) did not reveal this “CONFLICT OF INTEREST” to me (he collected for REGIONS BANK where I had a loan)

• I went to the [President of the] ALABAMA state bar to help me FIRE this lawyer (because he was not listening to me) – their advice to me was to return to him! hm.... (their offices were only 2 blocks apart!) hm...

• When I got my statement back from this (CONWAY) lawyer:

• I had only about $750 value in the account (remember IRS when I surrendered it to “my” lawyer there was over $130,000.00 value[UNREALIZED Capital Gains – IRS gains are not taxable as long as the gains are UN-realized, is that right?] that I'd made HONESTLY that year from a $2500 credit limit on ONE credit card which I invested)

• By The Way, IRS, SEC – In the same time frame, I beat Warren Buffet, Peter Lynch in the late 1970's – 1980's (IRS – you already have the records that I paid taxes on)yet you promote, protect and reward these people while you attack me.
  What is it that they do that I do NOT do? hm...

• It[the ETRADE statement] looked fishy because the number of share (purchased) were now correct [matched the number of shares in the account] (see above IRS it was wrong earlier – SEC did you investigate this? FTC did you investigate this? Is this lawyer, too, exempt from the law?) hm...

• I did NOT sell any stock this year! (therefore no REALIZED capital gains this year AND NO INCOME) and I almost starved to death living in my car so that I would not confuse the issue with the IRS

• the next year I sold the $700 approx. of MOVI stock and moved away from the area (since I was NOT in a just society)

• At this same time they (the DOTHAN ALABAMA “justice” system) also took my daughters Custodial account (Merrill Lynch) away from her to give it to my ex-wife (remember IRS is asked was the taxes appropriately paid on this “gift” from my daughter to my ex-wife – it was over $100,000 by this time) hm. Was this investigated IRS?

• Isn't it coincidental that the ($700.00 approx. that I got in this ETRADE statement returned to me) the “justice” system in DOTHAN, ALABAMA decided that I owed my EX-WIFE approx $700 child support and “my”, now, lawyer JERRY HERRING JR. said that I owed him $700.00 – hm.... (I reminded Jerry Herring Jr. that I told him from the beginning that IF he wanted more money from me then I did NOT want his services (and to not bill me for it) – I did not go to the ALABAMA state bar this time, since my previous experience with them showed to me that they were there to protect the lawyers not the clients)

• MOVI (Movie Gallery – now MVGRQ.PK) Remember IRS, FTC, SEC the then, CEO that I know, his ex-wife and my now ex-wife worked together in the same hospital dept., suggested Jerry Herring Jr. for “my” lawyer.

• All at the same time The CEO moved his perm residence to FL (where in any bankruptcy) he'd get to keep his home, car, etc. (and more)

• MOVI acquired Hollywood Video (against my recommendation to him)

• MOVI eventually filled for bankruptcy protection (it is currently filling another bankruptcy)

• the CEO used to be a tax lawyer (so, he is in the clique with government)

• I was ordered to sell my MOVI stock (so the ALABAMA “justice” system could base child support for me to pay my ex-wife on this $100,000.00/year amount – remember I refused to sell) (WHOA, I have custody. hm... – wasn't these a clue(s) for you IRS, FTC, SEC?) – this was BEFORE the Hollywood Entertainment Merger!!! (no insider trading, huh?) (it was a clue for me, [CEO was working for the banks not the shareholders] told me to not fight the local government because MOVI was not going to be a “good” company in which I could hold the stock “forever” and remain in a zero tax bracket [ie. Bill Gates])

• Government – I realize that all of these people are in the clique with you (government employee [me “ex?”wife, lawyers, CEO was a tax lawyer] so you are going to protect, promote, and reward them.

• I've already said to you (IRS, other government agencies), as far as I am concerned, that you may have ALL of the accounts (not just the tax “owed” amount) that generated this $100,000+ tax bill – I don't know anything about this(these) account(s) – the accounts that I had was taken from me while the gains were UNREALIZED (being in the clique with you government – I guess that they did not deserve to have MY cost basis for these gains, huh?) - and now all that I have is a Minimum wage job at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ORLANDO, FL. – where Current child support is being taken from me for my 24 year old, independently living daughter!

• I no longer live at the Salvation Army Homeless shelter, (I HAVE A ROOM THAT COST LESS – Thanks Nilo). Salvation Army is “Doing the most good.℠ ”! hm...

• Someone there complained about me as I got there about 11:30 pm one night because of work and they woke up and then “smelled me” - after me being there 9 months there, (I'd taken a shower at work (Universal Orlando) – Curfew is 8 pm.

• So I left allowing the Salvation Army to have the people that they wanted to have!

• I suppose that allows them to have a government grant! hm...

The 1980's almost delivered prosperity to everyone wanting to earn it honestly. There are others that have their own wants (even though honest earning is LESS work)!
